Terms of delivery

GENERAL:

By ordering an item from the SBTCN club shop, you agree to the terms of delivery. The SBTCN club shop is not responsible or liable for payment transactions. In all cases where an order has been placed, the customer is obliged to pay in advance, we do this because the costs of paying via i-deal etc. are quite high, we try in this way to keep the prices affordable for you and the SBTCN not to hunt for unnecessarily high costs. If a product does not meet expectations, it can be returned within 14 days of the franking date (return after consultation with the SBTCN club shop and provided sufficient postage is paid). The purchase amount (minus shipping costs) will then be refunded.

Payment and shipping methods:

The customer is obliged to pay in advance (see explanation above). The total amount can be transferred to bank account number NL83INGB0007409811 in the name of S.B.T.C.N.

You can also opt for a payment request in the Netherlands, please enter this in the comments field.

Please state the order number when paying. When the payment is received, the order (if in stock) will be sent asap. If a payment is not received by us 10 days after ordering, the order will be considered canceled by us. Most items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible when the item can be delivered. You can then still decide to have the amount refunded. If you want to see an article before you buy it, come to one of our club events where we are present with the club shop, See agenda www.sbtcn.nl. You can reserve the item with us in advance

Delivery :

Delivery of articles takes place as long as stocks last. When all products are available from stock, your order will be delivered as soon as possible after we have received your payment. If an article is no longer available, we will propose a replacement article, but this will only be delivered after consultation with you. If the article is no longer available, the invoice amount will be adjusted in consultation and the amount of the article will be refunded. All reported or stated delivery times are only an indication and can therefore not lead to any right/liability.

Price changes:

The SBTCN club shop has the right to change prices in the meantime. No rights can be derived from the prices displayed on the website.

Returns:

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after consultation with the SBTCN club shop. The item must then be returned undamaged in the original packaging. The purchase amount (minus the shipping costs) will then be refunded as soon as possible. NB! In the event of insufficient postage on a return shipment, the additional costs will be invoiced/deducted from the amount to be refunded. It is wise to contact us first if something did not go as expected. So that we can find a good solution together. This can be done by mail to clubwinkel@sbtcn.nl

Returns are also allowed (after consultation with us) at one of our club events. Discounted items may not be returned.

exchange:

If you have purchased an item and it does not meet your expectations or you have ordered an incorrect size/color, you can exchange the item within 14 days after consultation with the club shop of the SBTCN. The item must then be returned undamaged in the original packaging. The purchase amount is recalculated / settled. Shipping costs are passed on to the buyer. You can also exchange (after consultation with us) at one of our club events. Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Guarantee:

If a product breaks during "normal" use or if an item contains manufacturing defects, it can be exchanged. This is only possible after consultation with the SBTCN club shop. The guarantee scheme does not apply to improper use of articles. Assessment of the warranty provision lies with the club shop of the SBTCN. When an item is returned under warranty, it will be replaced free of charge. There is no guarantee on discounted items
